There’s a controversy brewing in the candy world. Since most of the time, everything in bulk candy is literally gumdrops and roses, we’re not really sure how to handle this conflict.

Right Or Left Twix

It seems that some candy lovers prefer Right Twix while others prefer Left Twix.

Both left and right Twix were originally created by the Mars candy company, the same company that created Starburst, Skittles, Snickers and other candy favorites.

For some reason, while nobody fights over what flavor of Skittles is the best (Tropical) or which Starburst candy reigns supreme (Reds) a debate has broken out over whether right Twix is better than left Twix.

It’s taken years for this controversy to come to light. Twix was first created in 1967 and made its way to the U.S. in 1979. The delicious recipe remained basically unchanged in the trip across the pond. Each Twix bar is a crunchy flavorful cookie covered in chewy caramel and then coated in smooth, creamy chocolate.

They come two to a pack. To the untrained eye, it might even be difficult to tell which is the left Twix and which is the right. And yet, the argument rages on.

The only way to solve this debate, as far as we can see, is to test both left and right Twix for ourselves.

If you want to do your part to end the Twix debate, we recommend the following actions.

First, get the classic Twix and try the left and right ones to see which is better. Then, once you have a sense of the uniqueness of each side, go for the mixes.
