Brach's was started back in 1904 in Chicago, IL, by Emil J. Brach. It remained a family business for 62 years and is currently part of the Ferrara Candy Company.
Cool fact: Part of a former Brach's factory was blown up for the hospital scene in the Batman movie, The Dark Knight.
